From April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, a total of 40,776 patients across the state received medical assistance amounting to ₹333,06,81,500. Operating under the leadership of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, the Chief Minister Relief Fund provides financial assistance for the treatments of 20 critical medical conditions, including cochlear implants (for children aged 2 to 6 years), heart, liver, kidney, lung, and bone marrow transplants, hand and knee transplants, hip replacements, cancer surgeries, treatment for road accident victims, pediatric surgeries, brain disorders, heart diseases, dialysis, cancer treatment (chemotherapy/radiation), ligament injuries, neonatal disorders, and treatment for burn victims and patients involved in electrical accidents. From April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026, financial assistance totaling approximately ₹8,10,44,000 was distributed to 869 patients in the Mumbai Suburban districts. In the Jalgaon district, financial assistance amounting to ₹13,33,04,000 was distributed to 1,610 patients over the last financial year. During the same time, financial assistance worth ₹34,53,00,000 was distributed to 3,861 patients in Pune district. Similarly, in the Beed district, medical assistance amounting to ₹13,69,00,000 was distributed to 1,773 patients; in the Satara district, medical assistance worth ₹12,96,00,000 was distributed to 1,600 patients; in the Thane district, medical assistance amounting to ₹21,74,00,000 was distributed to 2,514 patients; in the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district, medical financial assistance worth ₹14,25,00,000 was provided to 1,769 patients; and in Solapur district, financial assistance amounting to ₹12.86 crore was provided to 1,590 patients.
Thanks to initiatives such as the relief disbursement from the home district, the paperless application process, and various MoUs, as conceptualized by the Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, patients are receiving timely financial assistance.
